54-Position Dual-Row Dubox™ Receptacle
The 76342-427LF is a 54-position, dual-row board-to-board receptacle from the Dubox™ series by Amphenol ICC (FCI). Tin plating is cost-effective for moderate mating-cycle duty — the 78.7 µinch thickness provides a robust wear layer for occasional reconnects in field service or test fixtures, but it is not rated for the thousands of cycles a gold-plated contact would carry. The solder-tail length is 0.114" (2.90 mm), suited for standard through-hole PCB thicknesses.
Board Layout and Mating Fit
In a vibration environment, the board-level solder joint takes the shear load, so the through-hole solder termination is the mechanical anchor. Mating header: any Dubox™ series pin header with 0.100" pitch, 54 positions, dual-row configuration, and a mating pin length that accommodates the 11.04 mm stack height.
RoHS compliance is indicated by the 'LF' suffix in the order code — lead-free. The housing material carries UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
