Footprint and Routing Fit
The 0.100" pitch sets a straightforward PCB footprint: a row of 20 plated through holes on 2.54 mm centers. The mating pin length of 0.230" (5.84 mm) provides enough reach for standard receptacles, while the post length of 0.095" (2.41 mm) suits boards up to about 1.6 mm thick before the solder tail protrudes beyond the bottom side.
