The 77311-115-18LF is the 18-position member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s BERGSTIK unshrouded header line, laid out as a single row at 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. Mating contacts carry a gold or Gold, GXT™ finish at 30.0µin (0.76µm) thickness; the through-hole solder posts are tin-plated at 78.7µin (2.00µm). Rated 3 A per contact with a UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing.
Board-to-board fit and routing notes
Unshrouded push-pull fastening mates with standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch receptacles. The 0.335" (8.51 mm) mating pin length and 0.100" (2.54 mm) post length set the board-to-board stack height — match the receptacle's insulation height to the mating pin exposure. Single-row layout with all 18 positions loaded keeps the board footprint narrow for dense routing. The square pin contact shape provides consistent wipe and retention across mating cycles.
