The 77311-402-22LF is the 22-position member of Amphenol's BERGSTIK unshrouded header line, a single-row board-to-board interconnect on 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. Tin-plated square male pins carry 3 A per contact across a -65°C to 125°C operating range, with a UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing.
Contact finish and termination details
Both mating and post contact finishes are tin with a thickness of 78.7 µin (2.00 µm) over phosphor bronze base metal. The mating contact length is 0.230" (5.84 mm); the post length is 0.135" (3.43 mm) for through-hole solder termination.
