Contact system and plating
The 77311-402-23LF is the 23-position member of the Amphenol BERGSTIK unshrouded header line, a single-row board-to-board interconnect. Mating contacts are tin-plated phosphor bronze with 78.7 µin (2.00 µm) thickness, rated 3 A per contact. The push-pull fastening and unshrouded design suit low-profile board stacking where the mating receptacle provides the alignment.
Material and temperature range
The thermoplastic housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and operates from -65 °C to 125 °C, covering industrial and telecom ambient ranges without derating.
