BERGSTIK® 23-Position Unshrouded Header
The 77311-424-23LF: The unshrouded design keeps the profile low — insulation height is 0.100" (2.54 mm) — and leaves the pins exposed for easy probing or wire wrapping, but there is no keying ramp to prevent a reversed mate; the assembler aligns the polarisation by eye. Tin-plated contacts are cost-effective for low-cycle applications — expect a few hundred mates before wear-through, not the thousands a gold flash would deliver.
The 0.025" square pins are standard for wire-to-board crimp receptacles and IDC sockets — any industry-standard 0.100" pitch female housing with 0.025" square receptacles will mate. No secondary lock or TPA is present; retention relies on the interference fit of the pin into the receptacle.
