Through-hole mounting with a 0.114" (2.90 mm) post length — the solder tail protrudes enough for a good fillet on a standard 0.062" board, but check the board thickness if you're stacking multiple boards. The 0.100" pitch leaves 0.050" between adjacent pins — plenty of room for a single trace between pads on a 2-layer board.
Any BERGSTIK® header with the same 0.100" pitch, dual-row configuration, and 8 positions loaded is a direct fit — for example, a tin-plated version if you don't need the gold mating cycles. The base product number 77313 covers the series; the suffix changes with plating and post length.
