The 0.230" (5.84 mm) mating pin length mates with standard 2.54 mm pitch female socket strips — the same pitch used across the BERGSTIK and compatible IDC families. Pin-one is marked by the chamfered edge of the black thermoplastic housing.
Mating Finish and Cycle Life
At this plating grade, expect 50–100 mating cycles before contact resistance begins to rise — fine for bench-test or field-service connectors that see occasional disconnect, not daily hot-plug. No gold on the post; the tin surface is compatible with both leaded and lead-free solder processes.
