30 Positions at 0.100" Pitch — Single-Row Breakaway Header
The unshrouded design allows the header to be used in board-to-board stacking or wire-to-board harnesses where a shroud would interfere with the mating envelope. Termination is solder-only — the through-hole posts are 0.101" (2.57 mm) long, suitable for standard PCB thicknesses.
Board Layout and Routing Considerations
The 0.100" pitch allows two traces between pads on a standard 0.062" board with 8 mil trace/space — a common routing density for signal-level interconnects. Insulation height of 0.094" (2.40 mm) above the board surface sets the clearance for mating connectors.
