36-position unshrouded breakaway header
The 77315-101-36LF is the 36-circuit member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s BERGSTIK® breakaway header line, a single-row unshrouded board-to-board interconnect. It carries gold or Gold GXT™ mating contacts rated 3 A per contact on a 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and mounts through-hole right-angle with solder termination.
Selection notes for board layout
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch sets the per-row routing density on the PCB; the unshrouded push-pull fastening allows board-to-board stacking without a mating housing latch. The UL94 V-0 thermoplastic insulation and -65°C to 125°C operating range suit the header for environments requiring flame-rated materials and wide thermal cycling. Phosphor bronze contacts with 30.0 µinch (0.76 µm) gold mating finish and 78.7 µinch (2.00 µm) tin post finish provide corrosion resistance at the interface and solderability at the tail.
