BERGSTIK 56-position breakaway header
The 77317-804-56LF is the 56-circuit member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s BERGSTIK® breakaway header line, a dual-row unshrouded board-to-board header on 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. Gold GXT™ mating contacts (15.0 µin / 0.38 µm) rated 3 A per contact, through-hole right-angle mount, solder termination. Operating temperature -65 to 130 °C. UL94 V-0 black thermoplastic housing.
Pitch, plating, and board fit
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and 0.100" (2.54 mm) row spacing set the board footprint — a standard 0.100" grid matches common routing density. The 56 positions load all sites; the breakaway construction lets the header be snapped to shorter lengths if needed. Gold GXT™ on the mating side (15.0 µin / 0.38 µm) supports repeated mating cycles; tin on the post (78.7 µin / 2.00 µm) suits solder connection. Phosphor bronze contact material. Push-pull fastening, unshrouded.
