The 78207-128HLF is the 28-circuit member of Amphenol ICC (FCI)'s Mini-PV™ / Basics+ shrouded header line, a board-to-cable/wire interconnect with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and dual-row layout. The shrouded - 2 wall housing with friction lock provides keying and retention; the mating contacts carry a gold or GXT™ finish at 30.0µin (0.76µm) thickness, and the insulator is rated UL94 V-0.
Through-hole right-angle mounting and board fit
Mounting is through-hole right-angle — the 0.120" (3.05mm) post length suits standard PCB thicknesses, and the 0.230" (5.84mm) mating pin length provides engagement depth for the receptacle. The 0.303" (7.70mm) insulation height clears adjacent components on the board. Contacts are phosphor bronze with a square male pin shape; the row spacing matches the 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, keeping the footprint consistent with other Mini-PV™ headers. Bulk packaging means the part feeds into hand-load or low-volume assembly — no reel for automated placement.
