Board-to-wire header with friction lock
The 78207-308HLF is the 8-circuit member of Amphenol ICC's Mini-PV Basics+ shrouded header line, a board-to-cable/wire interconnect. It carries gold or Gold GXT mating contacts rated 50.0 µin (1.27 µm) on phosphor bronze, mounts right-angle through-hole, and secures with a friction lock and keying slot.
Pitch and shroud guide selection
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch and dual-row layout set the board footprint; the 2-wall shroud and keying slot protect the pins and prevent mis-mating with non-keyed receptacles. The friction lock holds the mated pair against vibration without a secondary latch — match the position count to the circuit count of the mating receptacle.
