The Amphenol BERGSTIK® II 79425-442HLF is a 42-position, dual-row, unshrouded male pin header on a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. The square pins carry a tin-plated mating surface at 100.0 µin thickness, rated for 5 A per circuit at 110 V. The black UL94 V-0 rated housing sits at a 0.100" insulation height, and the push-pull fastening means no locking ramp — the mating receptacle is held by friction alone.
The 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing match the legacy industry standard footprint.
Plating and termination
Both the mating and post contact finishes are tin, with the mating side at 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) thickness. The solder posts are 0.120" (3.05 mm) long, suited for standard 0.062" PCBs with through-hole soldering. The overall contact length of 0.410" (10.41 mm) includes the 0.190" (4.83 mm) mating pin length.
