The 86503-132HLF is a 32-position, dual-row unshrouded header in the BergStik® II series from FCI (Amphenol ICC). Board Layout Notes
The 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing match the standard BergStik footprint — two rows of 0.025" square pins on a 0.100" grid. The post length of 0.120" (3.05 mm) is a short tail, so the board thickness needs to be under 0.062" for a flush solder fillet; thicker boards may leave the tip short of the solder wave. The 32 positions load all pins, so the BOM position count must match exactly.
