The 86730-001LF is a 2-position open-top jumper from the Minitek® 2.00mm series, designed to short adjacent pins on a matching 0.079" (2.00mm) pitch header. The 1 A per-contact rating and 8.00µin gold finish suit it for signal-level configuration straps on boards where repeated mating is expected — the gold wipes the header pin on each insertion and resists oxidation better than tin in low-current circuits. The 0.138" (3.50mm) profile keeps the jumper low above the board surface, useful in mezzanine or card-edge assemblies where z-height is tight.
