The Amphenol FCI 86832-150HLF is a 50-position, 2-row unshrouded header from the BERGSTIK® II series, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch that matches breadboard and perfboard grids. The through-hole solder termination and UL94 V-0 black housing suit it for assemblies inside enclosed equipment requiring flame-rated components.
The 0.100" pitch is the de facto standard for 0.1-inch grid prototyping — the footprint lands on existing board layouts without a custom pad pattern. 50 positions across two rows means 25 per row; the mating receptacle needs to be at least as wide as the header's insulation body, and the board edge must accommodate the full 0.525" (13.34 mm) overall contact length through the hole.
