66-Position BERGSTIK II Unshrouded Header
The Amphenol FCI 86837-166HLF is a 66-position dual-row unshrouded header from the BERGSTIK® II series, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch that defines this family. It's a through-hole, solder-terminated male pin header with a push-pull mating interface — no latch, no shroud, just the pins. The 66 positions are fully loaded across two rows, with a row-to-row spacing of 0.100" (2.54 mm) as well, so the board footprint is a clean 0.100" grid. Rated 5 A per circuit at 110 V, with gold or Gold, GXT™ plating on the mating surface at 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) thickness, over phosphor bronze contacts.
The 66 positions mean a 33-pin-per-row footprint that spans about 3.3 inches along the board edge. The 0.100" insulation height (the standoff from board surface to the bottom of the pin) leaves clearance for solder fillets and conformal coating.
