This unshrouded header mates with standard 0.100-inch pitch dual-row receptacle housings that accept square 0.025-inch posts — the contact length on the mating side is 0.318 inches (8.08 mm), providing enough engagement for a positive connection with most industry-standard IDC or crimp receptacles. For board layout, the dual-row 2.54 mm pitch footprint is widely documented; the 0.190-inch (4.83 mm) insulation height above the board and 0.230-inch (5.84 mm) post length below set the keep-out zone for the solder side.
