It uses the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch on both the mating interface and row spacing, making it footprint-compatible with a wide range of industry-standard receptacles and ribbon-cable IDC connectors. Rated at 5A per contact and 110V, this is a signal-level interconnect — the 5A figure is typical for the pin gauge and contact resistance of a 0.025" square pin, not a power bus. The 30.0µin (0.76µm) gold or Gold, GXT™ plating on the mating surface provides corrosion resistance and supports repeated mating cycles in environments where tin contacts would fret.
Mounting and Orientation
Through-hole right-angle mounting with 0.230" (5.84mm) solder posts. The 0.318" (8.08mm) mating pin length provides a generous wipe length for reliable contact with a standard box or tuning-fork receptacle.
