BERGSTIK® II 44-Position Unshrouded Header
With 44 circuits across two rows, this header occupies about 2.2 inches of board edge, so the PCB real estate is a straight-line calculation against the mating connector's width.
This is a through-hole, right-angle header — the pins exit the bottom of the insulator and bend 90 degrees to solder into plated through-holes. The 0.230" (5.84 mm) post length gives enough protrusion through a standard 0.062" board for a clean solder fillet. The right-angle orientation is the natural choice when the mating cable needs to run flat against the PCB, such as in a card-edge or mezzanine application where height above the board is constrained.
