Board-to-board header for dense parallel routing
The Amphenol ICC 86840-450HLF is a 50-circuit, 2-row unshrouded male pin header from the Bergstik II series, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch that matches legacy 0.025" square-post receptacles. Tin plating on both the mating surface and the solder tail, with the mating side at 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) thickness, gives enough cycle life for a permanent or infrequent-mate installation — the tin finish is rated for the 5 A per circuit current at 110 V, with the UL94 V-0 black PA housing handling the temperature rise.
The 0.100" pitch matches the industry-standard 2.54 mm grid, so the board layout uses a 50-position, 2-row pattern with 0.100" row spacing. The 110 V rating is the working voltage.
