The header has 56 positions, all loaded, in a 2 x 28 arrangement. The mating pin length is 0.318" (8.08 mm) and the post length is 0.230" (5.84 mm) — the post dimension tells you how much board thickness the solder tail can clear. Termination is solder-only — through-hole for the tails, with the right-angle bend placing the header body flat against the board. The unshrouded design exposes the pins.
