BergStik II 22-Position Unshrouded Header
It uses a 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch on both the pin and row spacing, which is the standard footprint for legacy and current PCB layouts. Rated at 5 A per contact and 110 V, it handles signal-level and moderate power duty across the 22 circuits.
Contact Plating and Duty
The mating contacts carry 30.0 µ" (0.76 µm) of gold or Gold, GXT™ finish over phosphor bronze base metal.
Physical Fit and Board Layout
The overall contact length is 0.990" (25.15 mm), split into a 0.770" (19.56 mm) mating section and a 0.120" (3.05 mm) solder post. The 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height leaves clearance for trace routing under the header. Through-hole termination with a 0.025" square post fits a standard 0.040" plated-through hole — no footprint change from other BergStik II dual-row headers.
