Pitch and Ribbon Compatibility
A 34-conductor ribbon cable with a matching IDC socket will press directly onto this header — the pitch lines up conductor-to-pin with no guesswork. Watch pin-one orientation: the header has no keying feature, so the mating cable's pin-one indicator (usually a red stripe or molded key) must align with the header's pin-one marking on the PCB silkscreen.
Contact and Plating
