The 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing put this on the legacy through-hole grid — the footprint is a straightforward 2×36 array of 0.025" square pins. The overall contact length of 0.940" with a 0.720" mating length means the header stands well off the board; the post length of 0.120" is short, so the solder tail barely protrudes below the PCB. That 0.120" post is worth checking against your board thickness — on a 0.062" board you get about 0.058" of exposed tail for the solder fillet, which is adequate for wave solder but leaves little margin for a thick board. The current ceiling is set by the 0.100" pitch and the phosphor bronze contact material — the 30.0 µin gold plating doesn't limit current, but the narrow pin cross-section and the housing's UL94 V-0 material's temperature rise curve do. For a 72-position header, the practical limit is the total current through the common plane, not any single pin. The voltage rating of 110 V is conservative for the 0.100" air gap between unshrouded pins in a typical indoor environment.
For vibration-prone assemblies, consider a shrouded header or a separate locking latch.
