Each row is also spaced at 0.100", so the footprint matches a standard 0.100" x 0.100" grid, which is the de facto layout for legacy backplane and peripheral card interconnects. All 52 positions are loaded, meaning there are no omitted pins for keying or polarization — every circuit on the BOM gets a contact.

The overall contact length is 0.940" (23.88 mm), with the mating pin extending 0.720" (18.29 mm) above the insulation.
