Product Introduction
It uses the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch on both rows and between rows, placing it on a square grid that matches legacy 0.100" footprint patterns.
The header is unshrouded — the pins are exposed, which means it mates with standard IDC sockets, female headers, or shrouded receptacles that accept a 0.025" square pin. All 54 positions are loaded. The housing is black UL94 V-0 rated. Overall contact length is 0.940" (23.88mm), with a mating length of 0.720" (18.29mm) and a post length of 0.120" (3.05mm). Mounting is through-hole, push-pull fastening.
This header is suited for board-to-board signal interconnect where the mated pair is not frequently disconnected.
