It uses a 0.100" (2.54 mm) square-pin grid on both pitch and row spacing, making it a direct fit for standard 0.100" footprint patterns.
The 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing match the industry-standard 0.100" x 0.100" grid, so the footprint is a straightforward 44-plated-through-hole pattern in two rows. The 0.120" (3.05 mm) solder tail length suits standard 0.062" PCBs; the 0.820" (20.83 mm) mating pin length gives good reach into a receptacle before the square post engages.
The through-hole solder termination requires wave or hand soldering; no press-fit tooling needed.
