Board-to-Board Header for High-Density Interconnects
The Amphenol 87901-150HLF is a 50-position, dual-row unshrouded male pin header from the BERGSTIK® II series, designed for board-to-board stacking applications where a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch footprint is required.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch on both rows and between rows is a standard industry footprint, meaning your PCB layout can use a common 0.100" grid pattern without custom keep-outs. The 110 V voltage rating and UL94 V-0 flammability-rated black thermoplastic housing make this header suitable for use in equipment that requires flame-retardant materials inside an enclosure.
This unshrouded header mates with any standard 0.100" pitch dual-row receptacle housing that accepts square 0.025" (0.64 mm) male pins. The overall contact length of 1.040" (26.42 mm) includes a 0.820" (20.83 mm) mating section and a 0.120" (3.05 mm) solder post — the post length is short, so verify your PCB thickness and through-hole plating depth for proper solder fillet formation. The square pin profile provides four contact points per circuit for reliable electrical connection.
