Tin Plating and Contact Finish
That is a heavy tin layer — thicker than the standard flash — so it holds up to a reasonable number of mate/unmate cycles during board bring-up or field rework. Tin-on-tin contacts are a cost-effective choice for applications that do not require the corrosion resistance or cycle life of gold; the trade-off is that tin can oxidize if left unmated for years in a humid environment, but for a production board that gets mated once and stays mated, it is a solid call.
The 0.100" pitch lands on a standard 0.100" grid, so the footprint is straightforward — 28 plated through holes in a single row, 0.100" apart. The 0.128" (3.25 mm) post length is on the shorter side, so check your board thickness and solder wave depth.
