Rated for board-to-board use, this receptacle mates with Dubox™ or any 0.100" pitch male pin header — the 0.335" (8.51 mm) insulation height sets the mated stack height above the PCB, so verify the header pin length and the board spacing before layout. The blue insulation colour is a visual aid for pin-one orientation during assembly, and the dual-row 2.54 mm pitch keeps routing density manageable on two-layer boards.
