The 0.100" pitch and single-row layout place eight circuits in a compact board footprint — each pin occupies one through-hole at the standard 0.100" spacing. The unshrouded design gives access to the pins for probing or manual wiring but leaves them exposed; mating requires the matching BERGSTIK II receptacle housing (unshrouded or box-style) that accepts the 0.900" (22.86mm) mating pin length. The overall contact length of 1.225" (31.12mm) includes a 0.225" (5.72mm) solder tail, which suits standard 0.062" to 0.093" PCB thickness.
