The unshrouded push-pull design keeps the profile low — the insulation height is just 0.100" (2.54 mm) above the board — and allows side-stacking of multiple headers, though it offers no polarization keying.
Contact and Plating
The square male pins are phosphor bronze with a mating-side finish of gold or Gold, GXT™ at 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) thickness. The solder tails are tin-plated for reliable wave-solder wetting through the through-hole termination.
