The Amphenol 91276-114HLF is a 14-position, single-row, unshrouded male pin header from the BERGSTIK® II series, designed for board-to-board interconnect applications on a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch grid. Each square pin is rated for 5 A per contact at 110 V, with a 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold or Gold, GXT™ mating finish — a plating grade suited for moderate mating cycles and corrosive environments.
The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch matches the legacy DIP footprint — no board layout changes needed if you are replacing a standard 0.100" header. 5 A per contact is a signal-level rating; do not plan to pull bus-level current through a single pin. The 30 µ" gold mating finish provides good corrosion resistance and wear life for repeated mating cycles — a step above thin flash gold, but not as robust as heavy gold for thousands of cycles. Confirm the housing has its own polarization feature. UL94 V-0 flame rating on the black insulation makes it suitable for use inside an enclosure without additional flame-retardant measures.
