Product Introduction
This is a through-hole, solder-terminated header with male square pins. The unshrouded, push-pull fastening style means it mates with standard BERGSTIK II receptacles and similar 0.100" pitch socket strips. The insulation height is 0.100" (2.54 mm), and the overall contact length of 1.225" (31.12 mm) provides a 0.900" (22.86 mm) mating length and a 0.225" (5.72 mm) solder post — a combination that gives good board stand-off and solder joint visibility during inspection.
As a board-to-board interconnect, this header is used in internal signal and low-power distribution within industrial controls, test equipment, and computing hardware.
