Board-to-board header for standard 0.100" pitch layouts
The Amphenol FCI 91276-430HLF is a BERGSTIK® II series unshrouded single-row header, 30 positions all loaded, on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. The 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height and 0.900" (22.86 mm) mating contact length set the board-to-board spacing when mated with the corresponding BergStik II receptacle.
This is a signal-and-control current level; for a main power rail, step up to a shrouded header with gold plating. The 110 V rating is typical for this pitch class, giving enough headroom for 24 V and 48 V industrial logic without creepage concerns. The 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) tin plating on the mating side is thicker than the 40-80 µ" tin common on commodity headers, so it holds up better under repeated mating in programming or test jigs — but tin still oxides after about 25-50 cycles, so gold is the choice for field-service connectors. UL94 V-0 housing means this header is accepted inside equipment requiring a flame-rated enclosure, which covers most industrial and commercial gear.
The 0.900" (22.86 mm) mating contact length and 0.100" (2.54 mm) insulation height set a board-to-board spacing of roughly 0.900" plus the receptacle's own height; for wire-to-board use, the 0.900" tail gives plenty of reach through a standard 1.6 mm PCB. Mates with the matching BergStik II single-row receptacle housing (e.g., the 78211 series) using the standard 0.100" pitch crimp terminals. The 0.225" (5.72 mm) post length fits through-hole soldering on standard 1.6 mm boards without excessive protrusion.
