The 91596-306LF: This is a 6-position, dual-row receptacle on a 2.00mm pitch — the same pitch as the Minitek® 2.00mm header family. The 6 circuits suit low-count signal interconnects where board space is tight but you still need a dual-row layout for routing flexibility.
Current, Gold, and Contact Material
For a signal interconnect carrying logic-level currents, this is well within margin. In a connector that sees quarterly field service, that gold layer supports thousands of cycles before the base metal is exposed.
Position Count Options
The 91596 series includes the same 6-position footprint in a 24-position variant (91596-324LF) for higher-density boards. If your layout needs more circuits on the same 2.00mm pitch, the 24-position version shares the same contact material, plating, and current rating. The thicker gold adds cost but extends the reconnect duty in frequently serviced assemblies.
