Board-to-Board SMT Receptacle with Board Lock
The 91618-410LF is a 20-position, dual-row surface-mount receptacle from the Dubox™ series, designed for board-to-board stacking. The mated stacking height of 10.81mm defines the z-height budget for mezzanine card spacing; the push-pull fastening type allows tool-less mating and unmating in confined enclosures.
Contact Plating and Housing Material
Tin plating is suited for moderate mating-cycle applications (typically 50–100 cycles) in controlled environments; for higher reconnect duty or corrosive atmospheres, a gold-plated sibling in the Dubox series would be the appropriate choice. The gray insulation color aids visual identification during board inspection.
The connector is a female socket with square contact shape, configured for bottom or top entry — meaning the same part can be used on either side of a board-to-board stack, simplifying inventory. Termination is solder to surface-mount pads. All 20 positions are loaded; the package is tube for automated pick-and-place.
