The 91687-310LF is the 20-circuit, dual-row member of the Amphenol ICC (FCI) Dubox header line, a board-to-cable/wire connector with a shrouded 2-wall housing and friction lock. The through-hole solder termination and UL94 V-0 polyester housing suit it for wave-solder assembly on standard 1.6mm boards.
The 2-wall shroud protects the 0.197" (5.00mm) long square pins from bending during blind mating.
It mates with a Dubox receptacle housing that accepts the corresponding crimp terminal — the lock feature is on the top wall, so the receptacle must have the matching latch window.
