HD-EFI Jack for 6 GHz Signal Paths
The 920-501J-53P: The gold-plated center contact and nickel-plated brass body handle the 200-cycle mating life without signal degradation.
What the 6 GHz and 0.1 dB Ratings Mean for Your RF Link
6 GHz is the practical ceiling for this interface — above that the insertion loss climbs and the VSWR degrades. The 0.1 dB loss figure is measured at lower frequencies; at 6 GHz the real loss will be higher but still within the design budget for short board-to-board or board-to-cable runs. The 200-cycle rating means this jack is fine for a production assembly that sees occasional field service, but not for a test port that gets mated daily.
Surface-Mount Termination and Push-Pull Mating
The SMT termination (contact and shield both reflow-soldered) eliminates through-hole stubs. The push-pull fastening locks with a simple axial push.
