The Amphenol 92417-436HLF is a 36-position dual-row unshrouded male header from the BERGSTIK II series, built on the standard 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch. The push-pull fastening and 0.100" insulation height place it as a general-purpose board-to-board interconnect for parallel PCB stacking or wire-to-board via a mating IDC receptacle.
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch on both rows and between rows is the de facto standard for 0.1" IDC ribbon cable systems and many through-hole prototyping grids. The 36 positions are fully loaded across two rows, so the board footprint is a 2x18 grid at 0.100" centers — the same hole pattern a standard 36-pin IDC socket expects.
Current and contact design
The phosphor bronze base material gives good spring retention over the connector's service life.
Tin-plated solder tails (0.110" post length) and overall contact length of 0.530" (13.46mm) suit standard 0.062" PCB thickness. The connector is packaged in a bag.
