Board-to-Board Header for Standard-Density Routing
The Amphenol FCI 92634-134HLF is a 34-position, dual-row unshrouded header from the BERGSTIK II series, built on the industry-standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. It is a male pin, board-to-board interconnect designed for through-hole soldering in a right-angle orientation — suited for perpendicular board mating where the header sits flush against the PCB edge. The 0.100" pitch keeps the board footprint compatible with standard routing grids, while the dual-row layout packs 34 circuits into a compact width.
Right-Angle Mounting and Board Layout Fit
The 0.318" (8.08 mm) mating pin length and 0.318" (8.08 mm) post length provide standard engagement depth for mating receptacles and solder tail length for through-hole board mounting. This is common for low-profile board stacking where shroud clearance is unavailable, but it does mean the mating half must be guided during assembly to avoid bent pins.
Plating and Contact Performance
Tin plating would be cheaper but wears faster; the gold layer here gives a reliable contact resistance over the service life of a production assembly.
