Rated at 5 A per contact with a 110 V voltage rating, this header handles signal-level currents and low-power distribution across all 44 circuits. The contact finish is gold or GXT™ at 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) thickness on the mating surface, which provides reliable performance through repeated mating cycles and in mildly corrosive environments. The phosphor bronze contact material and UL 94 V-0 rated black insulation meet typical industrial and commercial equipment requirements.

The 0.318" (8.08 mm) mating pin length and 0.318" (8.08 mm) post length give enough reach for standard PCB thicknesses and mating receptacle depths.
