Rated 5 A per contact at 110 V — the current is typical for a 0.100" pitch pin header, but the tin plating on both the mating and post surfaces is the real duty-cycle governor. At 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) on the mating side, it's a heavy tin wipe good for a moderate number of insertion cycles, but it's not a gold-plated contact for high-reliability or corrosive environments. All 12 positions are loaded, so there's no option to depopulate for a custom pinout — what you see on the BOM is the full circuit count.
