Board-to-Board Header, 64 Positions, 0.100" Pitch
The Amphenol FCI 92634-464HLF is a 64-circuit, dual-row unshrouded male header from the BERGSTIK® II series, on a standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch grid. The black UL94 V-0 housing and push-pull fastening make it a straightforward fit for densely populated PCBs where the mating receptacle is a standard 0.100" pitch IDC or crimp socket strip.
The 0.100" pitch and dual-row layout place this header on a standard 0.100" x 0.100" grid, which is the same footprint used by legacy Berg and 3M DIP sockets, so the board layout is well-established. Tin plating on both the mating surface and the solder tails keeps the cost down for applications that do not need high mating-cycle life; the 100.0 µin (2.54 µm) thickness on the mating side gives decent durability for occasional reconnects.
Through-hole solder termination with a post length of 0.318" (8.08 mm) — enough to clear a standard 0.062" board and still leave a solid solder fillet. The insulation height of 0.190" (4.83 mm) above the board is the same as other BERGSTIK II headers, so the mating receptacle's shroud or latch clearance is predictable.
