The Amphenol 93690-102-20LF is a 20-position, dual-row BergStik breakaway header on 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. The breakaway construction means you can snap it to a shorter length if your circuit count doesn't need all 20 positions — handy for prototyping or odd-count harness drops.
Through-hole mount with dual termination options: press-fit for solderless backplane assembly, or solder for standard reflow. The 0.177" (4.50 mm) post length gives enough tail for a typical 1.6 mm PCB.
Plating and contact finish
The tin post finish at 39.4 µ" (1.00 µm) is standard for solderability. Square male pins in copper alloy. If you're field-replacing a header in a vibration-prone assembly, the gold mating surface means you can re-mate it several times without the contact resistance climbing.
