The Amphenol BERGSTIK 93690-106-60LF is a dual-row unshrouded breakaway header with 60 positions — 30 per row — on the standard 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch.
The 5 A figure is per-contact — total current through the connector is the sum across active pins, subject to derating at elevated temperatures. The 0.100" pitch gives enough creepage for the 110 V rating while keeping the board footprint compatible with standard 0.1" grid prototyping and production layouts.
