The Amphenol 93939-108HLF is an 8-position, dual-row, unshrouded male pin header from the BERGSTIK® II series. It uses a 0.100" (2.54mm) square grid on both pitch and row spacing, making it a drop-in fit for standard perf-board or 0.100"-center PCB layouts. The right-angle through-hole termination places the pins parallel to the board, which is useful for edge-mount or mezzanine connections where the cable exits sideways. Rated for 5 A per contact with a 110 V voltage ceiling, this header handles general-purpose signal and moderate power duty. The mating contacts are plated with 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) of gold or GXT™, giving it a robust cycle life for repeated connect-disconnect in test fixtures or modular assemblies.

Because the header is unshrouded, the board layout needs to account for the exposed pins; there is no plastic wall to guide the mating receptacle, so alignment relies on the mating housing's own lead-in chamfers. The 0.160" (4.06mm) mating pin length provides enough wipe for standard 0.100"-pitch IDC or crimp receptacles to seat fully. The 0.120" (3.05mm) solder tail length is typical for a 1.6mm-thick PCB; if the board is thicker, verify the tail protrudes enough for a reliable solder fillet.
