Contacts are phosphor bronze with 100.0µin (2.54µm) tin plating on the mating surface and tin on the solder tails, rated 5A per circuit at 110V. The housing is rated UL94 V-0, and the 0.190" (4.83mm) insulation height provides enough standoff for solder fillet clearance on the backplane. All 18 positions are loaded — no skipped pins to work around.
Right-Angle Board-Edge Fit
The right-angle termination with a 0.120" (3.05mm) post length is sized for standard 0.062" PCBs — the solder tail protrudes enough for a reliable through-hole wave-solder joint without bottoming out on the board. The 0.160" (4.06mm) mating pin length gives the receptacle contact beam a full wipe length for consistent contact resistance across the tin surface.
